Burrow into a world of flavour with Foxhole Coffee
The search for the perfect cup is not a destination… but a journey.
If each cup of coffee you drink is the same… you’re doing it wrong. Beans from different origins and elevations have distinct flavors – ranging from subtle notes to rich, full flavors. A coffee’s flavor can even change depending on what is being consumed with it! There are so many options to choose from, and Foxhole Coffee is passionate about connecting with coffee enthusiasts to find the perfect blend for your morning cup.
Foxhole Coffee uses an air roaster to create blends sourced from Guatemala, Mexico, Costa Rica, Sumatra, Ethiopia, Brazil, Peru, and Colombia. This method roasts more quickly than a drum roaster, extracting better flavors and profiles from the beans while also reducing environmental impact.
Air Roasted To Perfection
Small-batch roasting to bring out the bean’s best!
Foxhole Coffee uses a fluid bed roasting method, specifically an air roaster. This method of small-batch roasting provides fresher beans with a clean flavour profile.
By removing the chaff from the roasting chamber, the chaff cannot burn during the roasting process, preserving the beans’ original flavour profiles and eliminating the burnt flavour often experienced from traditional drum roasting.
Using electricity to power the air roaster rather than propane or natural gas means there are no nasty off-gases produced during the roasting process. No nasty gases means better-tasting beans!
Smaller batches allows for greater flavour control and a more personalized coffee experience.
Whether whole beans or ground, bags come in ¼ kg (125g), ½ kg (500g), and 1 kg (1,000g) packages.
Custom roasting is available for orders of 1kg or more.
